Service Description
A counselling virtual meeting sets the tone for the relationship and establishes a foundation of trust and understanding between the parties. The goal of this virtual encounter is to create a safe and supportive environment from the outset. This can help foster trust and rapport, laying the groundwork for a successful partnership and support relationship. In this case, it is a preliminary meeting to determine what the parties can do and what they should not and to assess the chances of a common ground for each when triggering the project: either an investment project, receiving/giving counselling for a challenging situation (and this seems to be the case), or assistance in an agreement arrangement related to a B2B partnership. The scheme for this virtual meeting encompasses several steps, with these main items: - Exploration of Requester's Needs and Goals - Discussion of the Counseling Process - Clarification of Roles and Responsibilities - Assessment and Information Gathering, and - Addressing Requester's Questions and Concerns. In order to devote the attention that those interested parties deserve, initial meetings are only held on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. Usually, the introductory meetings involve an study of documents previously provided by those interested; the meeting has an average duration of two and a half hours (150 minutes), which is broken down as follows: the first part, dedicated to the study of the documentation provided, then the working meeting with the interested parties.
